Darryl W. Lunon, II, '08, recently joined the U.S. Department of the Navy's Office of General Counsel (OGC). OGC attorneys assist the General Counsel in providing legal services to the Secretary of the Navy, staff and personnel throughout the Navy and Marine Corps. Lunon provides counsel to the Mid-Atlantic Naval Facilities Engineering Command on a full range of installation issues, concentrating on construction service acquisitions, architecture/engineering and base operations services, fiscal law, facilities maintenance, utility issues, real estate and public-private ventures.
