Want to stay active even when you’re stuck at home? Mercer’s fitness instructors are providing daily online group fitness experiences to help you stay in shape.
Here’s what’s offered on April 28:
- Work all the muscles in this spin-replacement workout. Get the total body workout.
- Join a group fitness instructor at noon for an upper body workout. You’ll need a resistance band or weights for this one. Participate in group fitness on Zoom. If you can’t attend live, the video will be archived on the Employee Wellness Facebook page.
