What are your plans after graduation?

I plan to start graduate school in the fall to obtain my master’s in clinical mental health counseling. My emphasis will be trauma counseling with military members and their families.

Who was your favorite professor and why?

My favorite professor was Dr. Travis Hardin. He was always approachable and made 8 a.m. classes fun and enjoyable.

What is one of your favorite Mercer memories?

One of my favorite memories is the all campus worship nights. During these nights there is not a debate over denomination but just a gathering of believers.

How do you plan on changing the world?

I plan to change the world by bridging the gap for mental health services within military communities.

What advice do you have for incoming students?

The best advice I have for incoming students is to find what you enjoy and make the most of this educational experience.
