Mercer Law Welcomes New Faculty Member Zack Buck

Mercer Law School is pleased to welcomeZack Buck as the newest member of the faculty. Professor Buck specializes in health law and his scholarship focuses on the process-based legitimacy of governmental enforcement of laws and rules affecting health and healthcare in the United States. His recent writing focuses on how the enforcement of healthcare fraud and abuse laws affect American quality of care. He teaches health law, torts and other upper-level health law electives at Mercer. Professor Buck earned his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, a Masters of Bioethics from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and a B.A. with highest distinction from Miami University (OH).
