Walgreens Gift to Enhance Pharmacy Classrooms

ATLANTA – Dr. Brian Robinson, pharmacy supervisor of Walgreens, presents a check for $47,000 to Dr. H.W. “Ted” Matthews, dean of the College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences and vice president for the Health Sciences of Mercer University. The funds will be used to enhance two classrooms in the College’s Teaching and Research Center, including new audio/visual equipment. “The College is grateful to the Walgreen Company for its generous support, and we appreciate the partnership we share for improving healthcare on the local, state and national level,” said Matthews.
