Want to stay active even when you’re stuck at home? Mercer’s fitness instructors are providing daily workout plans and online group fitness experiences to help you stay in shape.
Here’s what’s offered on April 6:
- Replace your weekly spin class with this total body workout. Get the workout.
- Start your week out right with a beginner-friendly yoga class. Get the yoga workout.
- Join a group fitness instructor on Zoom at noon for a no-equipment aerobic workout. Participate in group fitness on Zoom. If you can’t attend live, the video will be archived on the Wellness Facebook page.
In addition to these daily workouts, Mercer Employee Wellness is inviting students to join faculty and staff in their April virtual challenges and events. Want to complete a marathon, workout with friends and faculty every day, or take a cooking class all while sheltering in place? Now you can! Be sure to register for virtual wellness events taking place all month long.
