Want to stay active even when you’re stuck at home? Mercer’s fitness instructors are providing daily workout plans and online group fitness experiences to help you stay in shape. Here’s what’s offered on April 8:
- Build strength with a Pilates routine that needs no special equipment or extra space. Get the Pilates workout.
- Grab a mat or a carpet and stretch it out with another Pilates workout. Get the Pilates workout.
- Join a group fitness instructor on Zoom at noon for a midweek stretch break. Participate in group fitness on Zoom. If you can’t attend live, the video will be archived on the Wellness Facebook page.
In addition to these daily workouts, Mercer Employee Wellness is inviting students to join faculty and staff in their April virtual challenges and events.
