Students, want to stay active even when you’re stuck at home? Mercer’s fitness instructors are providing daily workout plans and online group fitness experiences to help you stay in shape.  

Here’s what’s offered on March 24 

  • Get rid of that nervous energy and pent up frustration with kickboxing. The workout includes a warm up, three sets and a cool down. Get the kickboxing workout.  
  • Build your strength with a Pilates routine that will also get your heart pumping. Get the Pilates workout.  
  • Substitute your spin class with this workout that targets the same muscles as spinningGet the spin substitute workout.  
  • Join a group fitness instructor on Zoom at noon for a 15- to 20-minute workout, appropriate for all fitness levels, that can be completed wherever you are. The theme for March 24 is “Stress-Relieving Stretching.” Participate in group fitness on Zoom. If you can’t attend live, the video will be archived on the Wellness Facebook page.
