Want to stay active even when you’re stuck at home? Mercer’s fitness instructors are providing online group workouts to help you stay in shape.

Here’s what’s offered this week:

  • Monday: No equipment cardio
  • Tuesday: Upper body strength
  • Wednesday: There’s no live session on Zoom this week, but follow along with this guided standing stretch session for your mid-week stretch break.
  • Thursday: Lower body strength
  • Friday: Yoga

Participate in group fitness on Zoom. If you can’t attend live, the video will be archived on the Employee Wellness Facebook page.
