Mercer University’s fitness instructors are providing online group workouts to help you stay in shape while social distancing. All classes start at noon and take place on Zoom.
Here’s what’s offered this week:
- Monday: Anywhere Cardio with Brian
- Tuesday: Body Sculpt: Upper Body with Brian
- Wednesday: Low Impact Strength and Stretch with Scarlett
- Thursday: Body Sculpt: Lower Body with Brian
- Friday: Yoga with Tera
Participate in group fitness on Zoom. If you can’t attend live, the video will be archived on the Employee Wellness Facebook page.
