Mercer University’s fitness instructors are providing online group workouts to help you stay in shape while social distancing. All classes start at noon unless otherwise noted and take place on Zoom.

There will be no Wednesday or Friday workout this week.

Here’s what’s offered this week:

  • Monday: Cardio
  • Tuesday: Upper body strength
  • Thursday: Lower body strength

Participate in group fitness on Zoom. If you can’t attend live, the video will be archived on the Employee Wellness Facebook page.
