Want to stay active even when you’re stuck at home? Mercer’s fitness instructors are providing online group workouts to help you stay in shape. All classes start at noon and take place on Zoom.
Here’s what’s offered this week:
- Monday: Cardio
- Tuesday: Upper body strength
- Wednesday: Mid-week stretch break (time changed to 11:30 a.m.)
- Thursday: Lower body strength
- Friday: Yoga
