Chandra Andrews is graduating from Mercer University‘s Tift College of Education with a Master of Education.

What are your plans after graduation?

I will teach in an elementary school in Georgia.

Who was your favorite professor and why?

Dr. Kara Cowdrick, adjunct professor in the College of Education, was my favorite professor. She still works in an elementary school, so she was knowledgeable in a real-time way.

How do you plan on changing the world?

I plan on spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

What advice do you have for incoming students?

Be intentional, diligent and love your way through Mercer. You can’t go wrong. So, I’ll see you on the other side.

What makes Mercer special to you?

I love Mercer and what it stands for in Christ. It is why I choose this university, and why I will probably do my Specialist in Education (Ed.S.) here.
