Madison Toole is graduating from Mercer University‘s College of Liberal Arts and Sciences with a Bachelor of Arts degree in chemical commerce.

What are your plans after graduation?

I have been accepted as a graduate assistant in the master’s program with Impact 360 Institute in Pine Mountain. I will pursue a Master of Arts degree in servant leadership.

Who was your favorite professor and why? 

My favorite professor was Dr. Paul Lewis because he made class interesting and encouraged his students to challenge their beliefs.

What is one of your favorite Mercer memories?

RUF intramural softball and small groups.

What was your favorite class and why?

Engaging the Old Testament because the class was interesting and helped me gain understanding of the Torah.

How do you plan on changing the world?

I plan on changing the world by growing as an individual and influencing other individuals to do the same.

What advice do you have for incoming students?

Have fun! Worry less about your grades! College is fun!

How did Mercer prepare you for your future?

Mercer prepared me for my future by challenging me intellectually and giving me the opportunity to learn how to manage my time while in a competitive environment.

What makes Mercer special to you?

Mercer has grown me into who I am today.
