Molly McCreath is graduating from Mercer University‘s Georgia Baptist College of Nursing with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.

What are your plans after graduation?

I will be a registered nurse at Piedmont Atlanta Hospital on the neurology medical-surgical floor.

What is one of your favorite Mercer memories?

One of my favorite memories at Mercer was tailgating for the football games with all my friends and family!

What was your favorite class and why?

My favorite class was anatomy and physiology. The course content directly related to my major and provided a great foundation for my nursing practice.

How do you plan on changing the world?

I plan on changing the world by providing quality, patient-centered care to all of my patients. Advocacy and education are instrumental parts of nursing, and each patient — no matter their race, socioeconomic status, religion or culture — deserves to be advocated for and receive education on how to promote their health.

How did Mercer prepare you for your future?

Mercer helped to expand my worldview through my classes, peers and campus values. Working in health care means taking care of people from all walks of life, and Mercer helped me build a foundation of knowledge and advocacy that will contribute incredibly to my nursing practice.
