Patricia Presley is graduating from Mercer University‘s Tift College of Education with a Bachelor of Science in Education degree in elementary/special education.

What are your plans after graduation?

I plan to continue in the world of education and put my Mercer Bear knowledge to use!

What is one of your favorite Mercer memories?

My favorite Mercer memory is joining Zoom classes and collaborating with all of my fellow education major friends.

What was your favorite class and why?

My favorite class was an education math class with Dr. Susan Cannon where I got to learn very applicable skills to teach elementary students math concepts.

How do you plan on changing the world?

I plan to change the world starting with the youngest generations by helping them succeed in education!

How did Mercer prepare you for your future?

Mercer prepared me for my future by always giving me life-applicable skills that helped me in my professional workplace. Keeping the Mercer code of professionalism is what will carry me through my career as an educator.

What makes Mercer special to you?

Mercer is special to me because it taught me great knowledge about education, and it is where I and my boyfriend of six years will graduate together in May!
