MACON – Mercer University’s endowment at the end of the 2021 calendar year eclipsed half-a-billion dollars, reaching a record $502,116,183. The market rate of the institution’s endowment was up more than $25 million from year-end 2020. The endowment was aided by some large gifts and the University’s strong financial performance in fiscal year 2021.
