Michael Eric Hooper, '09, an attorney with the law firm of Moore, Clarke, DuVall & Rodgers, P.C., was recently selected as a Trust and Estates Fellow by the Real Property, Trust and Estates Section of the American Bar Association. Hooper was one of four Trust and Estates Fellows selected from young attorneys nationwide. As a Fellow, Hooper will become involved in the substantive work of the Real Property, Trust and Estates Section. Hooper is an associate attorney in the Albany office of the law firm and practices in the areas of taxation, estate planning, and corporate law. Hooper also serves as an adjunct professor of law at the Walter F. George School of Law of Mercer University. He received a B.S. from the United States Military Academy in 2000 and a LLM in taxation from the Levin College of Law at the University of Florida in 2010.
