As the world is working and learning from home, many are turning to Zoom, an online video call platform.

The increased usage has resulted in some cases of “Zoombombing,” when an uninvited person joins a call and shares inappropriate content.

However, there are steps you can take to prevent this.

Shane Milam, executive director of IT Infrastructure Services at Mercer University, shares some important settings to use to help keep your calls safe.
