MACON-Mercer University School of Engineering students recently swept the Undergraduate Research Competition at the American Society of Engineering Education (ASEE) Southeastern Section Conference in Chattanooga, Tenn. Mercer biomedical engineering students Kala Cartwright of Milan and Stephanie Jackson of Bartlett, Tenn., were awarded the Outstanding Poster Presentation Award for Undergraduate Research for their research poster, entitled "Impact of Atherosclerotic Occlusion Position on Hemodynamic Parameters in the Coronary Artery." ATLANTA- Beginning on May 19, Mercer University will offer a preparation course for the Graduate Management Admissions Test (GMAT). A program of Mercer's College of Continuing and Professional Studies, the course will be offered on Mercer's Cecil B. Day Graduate Campus in Atlanta on Thursdays from 5:30 - 9:30 p.m. between May 19 and June 30. Registration is required. The cost is $350, and includes textbook and materials.
