Want to stay active even when you’re stuck at home? Mercer’s fitness instructors are providing daily workout plans and online group fitness experiences to help you stay in shape.
Here’s what’s offered on April 21:
- Let our fitness instructor walk you through a quick and easy Pilates routine. Get the Pilates workout.
- Join a group fitness instructor at noon for an upper body workout. You’ll need weights or a resistance band today. Participate in group fitness on Zoom. If you can’t attend live, the video will be archived on the Employee Wellness Facebook page.
