Mercer University’s fitness instructors are providing online group workouts to help you stay in shape while social distancing. All classes start at noon unless otherwise noted and take place on Zoom.
Here’s what’s offered this week:
- Monday: Cardio
- Tuesday: Upper body strength
- Wednesday: Mid-week stretch break (will meet at 11:30 a.m. at this link)
- Thursday: Lower body strength
- Friday: Yoga
