Want to stay active even when you’re stuck at home? Mercer’s fitness instructors are providing daily workout plans and online group fitness experiences to help you stay in shape.
Here’s what’s offered on April 17:
- Get into the action with this kickboxing workout. Get the kickboxing workout.
- Wind down after a long week with a 20-minute yoga workout. Get the yoga workout.
- Join a group fitness instructor on Zoom at noon for a yoga workout you can do from home. Participate in group fitness on Zoom. If you can’t attend live, the video will be archived on the Wellness Facebook page.
