Panel on Georgia’s New International Arbitration Code

Mercer International Law Students Association will host a panel in collaboration with the Atlanta Arbitration Society on the topic “Resolving Business Disputes Having an International Aspect: Georgia's New International Arbitration Code and Its Use.” It will take place on Wednesday, Feb. 12, from 3:30 to 5 pm with a reception at the Woodruff House to follow. The panel is approved for ICLE and MCJE credits. Speakers include Erika C. Birg of Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough; Shelby Guilbert of King & Spalding LLP; Stephen L. Wright of Taylor English Duma LLP; and Douglas H. Yarn, a Professor of Law and Director of the Consortium on Negotiation and Conflict Resolution at Georgia State University Law School. The panel will be moderated by Professor Scott Titshaw of Mercer Law.
