Want to stay active even when you’re stuck at home? Mercer’s fitness instructors are providing daily workout plans and online group fitness experiences to help you stay in shape.  Here’s what’s offered on April 10: 

  • Prepare for the weekend with an easy flow yoga practice that includes breathing exercises and guided meditation. Get the yoga workout.

In addition to these daily workouts, Mercer Employee Wellness is inviting students to join faculty and staff in their April virtual challenges and events. Want to complete a marathon, workout with friends and faculty every day, or take a cooking class all while sheltering in place? Now you can! Be sure to register for virtual wellness events taking place all month long.
