Want to stay active even when you’re stuck at home? Mercer’s fitness instructors are providing daily workout plans and online group fitness experiences to help you stay in shape. Here’s what’s offered on April 13:
- Use your body weight and dumbbells (if you have them) to burn off some post-Easter calories. Get the workout.
- Find a fireplace or other step in your house for this 40-minute step aerobics workout. Get the step aerobics workout.
- Join a group fitness instructor on Zoom at noon for a cardio workout you can do from home. Participate in group fitness on Zoom. If you can’t attend live, the video will be archived on the Wellness Facebook page.
