Want to stay active even when you’re stuck at home? Mercer’s fitness instructors are providing daily workout plans and online group fitness experiences to help you stay in shape.
Here’s what’s offered on April 29:
- Get fit while having fun with Zumba. Get the Zumba workout.
- Join a group fitness instructor at noon for a midweek stretch break. You’ll need a resistance band and may want a towel or mat for this one. Participate in group fitness on Zoom. If you can’t attend live, the video will be archived on the Employee Wellness Facebook page.
